課程概述 |
This course provides the theoretical background in seismology. It takes the students through the mathematical and physical development of wave equation and its solutions in different types of continuum media relevant to seismology. With both theoretical derivations of seismological formulas and practical examples, the students will gain an advanced understanding of a variety of methods in seismology, their similarities and differences, and their applications. |
